Frequently asked questions
Do I have to make an appointment for my helper?
Yes, you can make an appointment online and make payment for the check up beforehand. Your helper can visit us at the appointment time for a fuss free check up. Alternatively, your helper can also walk in to any one of our clinic during our operating hours.
Will the clinic assist to submit the results of my helper's check up?
Yes, we will assist with the e-submission to MOM for you.
The MOM will notify employers at their registered email addresses by the next working day. Employers can then view the results using the e-service portal.
How long will the check up take?
Most of our clients finish their tests within 30 to 60 minutes. You may also call us to enquire about the best off-peak appointment times. Contact us here.
What documents do I have to bring for my work permit check up?
Please bring along your In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter and the medical form.
Is fasting required for the test?
For Chest X-Ray and HIV tests, you are generally not required to fast.
