CHAS Government Scheme Merdeka Generation Pioneer Generation

The Community Health Assistance Scheme (CHAS) is a government subsidy scheme that enables all Singaporean Citizens, including Pioneer Generation (PG) and Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholders, to receive subsidies for medical care at participating General Practitioners (GP) clinics.

All 1 Medical Clinics are CHAS accredited. PG, MG, CHAS Blue, CHAS Orange, CHAS Green cardholders are entitled to receive CHAS subsidies at our clinics (subject to caps).

Medisave Government Scheme

All 1 Medical Clinics are Medisave accredited.

Medisave 500/700

Eligible patients suffering from complex chronic conditions will have a higher Medisave withdrawal limit of S$700 yearly to fund outpatient treatments. Eligible patients suffering from simple chronic conditions continue Medisave withdrawal limit of S$500 yearly.

  • Outpatient treatments of the following 23 conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) (subject to 15% co-payment by patient): 
    Diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorders, dementia, osteoarthritis, anxiety, benign prostatic hyperplasia, Parkinson’s disease, nephrosis/nephritis , epilepsy, osteoporosis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, ischaemic heart disease, allergic rhinitis, gout, chronic hepatitis B.

  • Childhood Vaccinations (under the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule)

  • Adult Vaccinations (for target populations under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule)

  • Mammogram Screenings (for woman aged 50 and above), Selected screening tests for newborns in the outpatient setting

Flexi-MediSave

Members aged 60 years old and above can use their MediSave or their spouse's MediSave (if the spouse is also aged 60 and above), up to $300 a year, for outpatient medical treatments at polyclinics, public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinics and general practitioner clinics participating in the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS).

MBS@Gov Government Scheme

All 1 Medical Clinics are participating clinics in the MBS@Gov scheme. 

 

All civil servants, pensioners and their dependents will only need to pay your share of the medical bill to 1 Medical Clinics upfront. Pay lesser upfront, save the hassle of making claims on your end. 1 Medical Clinics will collect the government's share of the bill directly from the government. â€‹â€‹

All 1 Medical Clinics are Baby Bonus Approved Institutions. All CDA cards are accepted at 1 Medical Clinics. 

 

The Baby Bonus Scheme comprises the Baby Bonus Cash Gift and the Child Development Account (CDA) - a special co-savings scheme for your child. You can use the savings in your CDA account at any time before 31 December of the year your child turns 12 years old. The savings can be used for:

  • Medical expenses at healthcare institutions such as General Practitioner clinics​

  • Approved healthcare items at pharmacies
