Dr Zhang Hao Tian is an outstanding leader in both clinical and military settings with a diverse background in multiple areas of medicine. He graduated with a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2013. 

 

Dr Zhang started his medical career Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where he gained extensive experience across various departments including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics Surgery and Urology. Thereafter, he transitioned to the National University Hospital Accident & Emergency Department and gained expertise to emergency care and rapid decision-making.

Parallel to his work in the hospital, he served as a Battalion and Brigade medical officer for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in the Army Medical Services (AMS). This unique experience enriched his ability to manage medical situations under high-pressure conditions and invaluable leadership skills.​ From 2017 to 2019, he joined the SAF as a Course Commander and Instructor where he was responsible for development and training of future medical professionals. He was appointed as a Formation Medical Officer in the SAF Armour Formation and won many awards for his contributions to the nation.

In the year 2021, Dr Zhang realised his passion to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients in a personalized and community-focused setting and decided to establish his own practice in primary healthcare. He currently owns and operates a successful chain of clinics in Singapore.​

Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care, he also actively pursues training and certifications to enhance his medical expertise. In 2020, he obtained a graduate diploma in Palliative Medicine. His other qualifications include Certificate Course in Andrology, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support.
